Will the information I provide be shared?

 

At Montessori World, LLC. we value our customers and their privacy. We do not trade, sell or transfer your information to other parties. Any information collected is only used for internal purposes. We do not provide information to others for marketing or commercial purposes.

Click "Sign In" at the top right hand side of our site. Then enter your email address. Your password will be sent to your email account in seconds.

Do I have to register to place a order?
 

No, you don't have to. You can either place an order online as a guest or a registered customer . If you register with us, you can do quick check out on future orders, easy order tracking, saved shopping cart, receive our special offers. If you don't want to place an order online, you may also place a phone/mail/fax/ email order without creating an online account.

Is the information I provide at checkout secure?

 

The security of our customers' information is a top priority at Montessori World. To protect our customers from Internet threats, we use 128 bit encrypted SSL Certificate, which will protect customers' personal information during online shopping transactions. In addition, all information given to Montessori World is kept for internal use only. We do not share, sell or release our customer information to any third parties. All customers' credit card information will be removed after payments have been successfully completed.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?


At Montessori World, we do our best effort to ship your order as quickly as we can. Sometimes, your order may be shipped out on the same day you order. Please call email us to change quantities or cancel an item in your order as long as your order has not been processed.


How do I track my order status?


If you registered with us before order was placed, you may check your order status by login to your account and clicking the "View your order history" link to see your order status. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping notification from YunExpress.

Will I get a tracking number?

 

If you've provided us your email address when you place your order, you will  receive an email  containing the tracking number(s) once your orders are shipped. If you do not get an email, then you can check your shipping status by login to your account, or contact our customer service department during our business hours.

Can I place an order with express delivery?

 

If you are a U.S. customer who needs expedited shipping services, please contact us directly at info@leaderjoyusa.com after you place the order and request for shipping fee quote. Expedited service may not be available for certain locations and may not be available for out-of-stock items.

Do you offer free shipping?
 

If the amount is more than $500, you can contact us via email and we can offer you a better price

How do I return or exchange my product?
 

At Montessori World, we offer one of the best Return and Exchange policy among all other companies. All staff at Montessori World shipping department work hard to avoid incorrect items being sent to our customers. If such an incident happens, please Please contact us through the “Contact Us page. The correct item will be sent to you once we receive your request.

Why are your prices so low?
 

We at Montessori World Ltd. offer our clients more competitive prices by doing the following:

- We are importing raw materials directly from European counties rather than obtaining them from vendors/distributors in China or USA.

- We own a factory in China and maintaining low manufacturing costs and administrative expenses.

- Producing and selling directly to our customers.

- Using the most advanced Just-In-Time System to maintain our inventories.

- Making lower profit margins than our competitors.

- We are pleased to pass these savings on to our customers!
 

Are you products defective or used?
 

At Montessori World all of our products are made from brand new raw materials imported from Europe to our wholly-owned manufacturer in YiWu, Zhejiang. The imported raw materials include (but are not limited to) beechwood from Germany and/or Romania, and water-based finish from Taiwan and/or Canada. All of our materials are brand new and have never been used. They are safe and durable!
 

Are you materials safe?
 

At Montessori World, LLC, all our materials are tested by the famous Lab SGS and CTI and have passed all tests based on European EN-71 and United States ASTM-F963 Toy Safety Standards. Our factory is implementing Water Based Finish technology. Water Based Finish is currently the most advanced painting technology strongly promoted by the European Union because it is considered as Heavy Metal chemical free (lead free, non-toxic) and environmentally friendly. According to the EU, for kids' safety all wooden toy manufacturers should stop using traditional oil-based finish and use water-based finish instead.
